20 Russian Kettlebell Swings
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or Dumbbell Presses
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings
5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or Dumbbell Presses

Go as heavy as possible on the kettlebell swings!
