Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets of each):
Station 1 – Death March x 16 steps
Station 2 – Reverse Snow Angels x 20 reps (slow and controlled)

 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell Swings Russian
5 Burpees over kettlebell

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Walking Lunges with KB/DB Goblet
10 V-Ups
